How do I use the "mailto" option?

• The "mailto" option allows you to use your e-mail program on your computer to send e-mail to an Associate through your computer's network or e-mail server's system.
• Some e-mail options do not support the "mailto" option.
  • If your e-mail program does not support the "mailto" option, go to the Scranton Net .Com interactive e-mail form.

How do I use the Interactive Mail form?

• Click on the Associates name.
• Another screen will pop-up.
• Click on the appropriate comment box and type in your e-mail letter in the box provided.
• You MUST enter your name & e-mail address before submitting the form.
• When you finish, "click" on the "Submit E-Mail" button.
• Your e-mail message will be sent to the proper Associate through the Scranton Net .Com server network.
